Our Solution to Achieve the Game Requirements
This board game has so many components in different materials, which requires the supplier to have sufficient resource integration advantages in the supply chain to control the whole game cost and maintain it at a good ex-work price so the customers can get a nice profit.
Regarding the customer’s first requirement, it is not difficult for us to do. All the game components can be customized and produced according to the customer’s design and brand logo, as long as the order quantity meets the MOQ requirements and the customer’s quantity exactly matches.
For the second requirement, we specially purchased various types of wood from the market, conducted detailed analysis and comparison based on the purchase price, material, hardness, weight, texture, etc. of the wood, and finally selected three wood materials for proofing and sent them to the customer for selection and confirmation.
Ultimately, the customer chose Paulownia and let us proceed with the mass production.
Paulownia is the lightest and cheapest of all wood materials, but its texture does not lose a little bit of its natural beauty because of the lowest price. This is also due to our strong supply chain integration advantages, which help us find the best raw material supplier who can give us the most suitable prices and good quality.
Although we know that the Paulownia might be the customer’s final choice and the best choice, in order to have a more efficient order procedure and give them more choices, we still made wooden boxes with samples of three different materials for our customers, so they could check the different materials and pick the perfect one at the same time.
